Information collected
ReadyOps may collect contact details, company information, purchase and subscription information, and structured answers submitted through the operations assessment. Contact details are optional in the assessment. Payment information is processed by Stripe and is not stored on this website.
How assessment answers are used
Assessment answers are used to recommend a service level and, when permission is given, to improve future recommendations by comparing patterns such as industry, operating problem, company size, complexity, and support needs. ReadyOps does not publish identifiable customer answers as examples without separate permission.
How other information is used
Information is used to respond to requests, provide purchased services and files, manage subscriptions, support customers, improve ReadyOps offerings, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Sharing and retention
ReadyOps uses service providers such as Stripe, Airtable, email, and hosting providers to operate the business. Information is not sold. Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for service, legal, security, and accounting purposes.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of information by emailing ReadyOps. Some records may need to be retained where required by law. Do not submit sensitive personal, health, financial-account, or regulated information unless ReadyOps has agreed to an appropriate process.
